The Hopes and Dreams Quilt Challenge for ALS is a non-profit organization the majority of the quilts are donated directly to ALS patients around the country. A select few quilts and other handmade items are sold with 100% of money raised going straight to funding research to find a cure. All items are handmade and donated to us from quilters and crafters all over the world.
