| Description: | From 8th Annual Powhatan's Festival of Fiber Website: A celebration of natural fiber and the fiber arts in Powhatan and surrounding localities. Vendors, delicious food, fiber animals and more! Hands-on demonstrations for felting will be available for all ages. Older children and adults can try out the drop spindle spinning, dyeing and weaving. Other demos to observe include shearing, carding and spinning on the wheel.
To celebrate and to share appreciation of the many fiber animals, fiber farmers and fiber artisans of the county and surrounding region.
Vendors, Delicious Food, Fiber Animals, Demonstrations, Hands-On Fiber Crafts, Door Prizes and MORE! PLEASE... NO PETS PERMITTED!!!
