Since the first Oktoberfest in 1969, we strived to improve the event each year, and most importantly we do everything to insure that the Richmond Oktoberfest is authentic. This means a Fest that includes all the elements that you would expect to find at a good Oktoberfest in Germany: Good food, good beer, great entertainment, and most of all a great atmosphere. All of this together creates what the Germans call Gemtlichkeit.
