The Early Bird: ALL-DAY Spring Craft Fair and Gardening Primer! Saturday, April 27th 9am-5pm

We are seeking the following vendor types: handcrafted items, arts and crafts, small farmers, seeds, seedlings, wholesome edibles, urban homesteading, home gardening, body products, organics, small farm animal supplies, beekeeping, canning and tools.

The Early Bird is an indoor/outdoor event at 16 West Marketplace in downtown Roanoke. Event will include gardening, craft and urban homesteading demos inside 16 West with a festive outdoor street market and bazaar full of vendors, locavore foods, seeds, seedlings; plus a seed exchange, used garden gear tent, small farm animal education and more.

Event Date: Saturday April 27th, 2019 9am-5pm.

Location: Inside 16 West Marketplace as well as outside on Church St and down 1st Street in downtown Roanoke, VA which will double the event footprint!

Special Note: All vendors will be set up outdoors in the street between Jefferson and 1st Streets. Workshops and demos will be scheduled inside and outside 16 West Marketplace. Details about load-in and set up will be distributed closer to the event date.

Single Vendor Registration includes: outdoor 10x10 space. Vendor must bring own tables, tent and booth set up including signage. Electricity will be provided. Vendor must be set up by 8:15am and remain with booth through out the day until event closing at 5pm. Load-in
