Honors the Welsh heritage of James Monroe (through his mother Elizabeth Jones). It features live Welsh music, craft vendors, dancing, and activities for children including face painting, chalk street drawings and bubbles. Live music & entertainment will be held on the main stage on Charles Street. Lectures are held in the museum garden area.
