Hand-made crafts for sale by local artists. Enjoy music, pumpkin painting, and scarecrow making (bring your own clothes). See Foothill Spinners and Weavers and stop by to pet a llama, alpaca, and sheep (11am-3pm).
Use the Loudoun Park Lane entrance and follow the signs to the Historic Area. This event will be held rain or shine and is a free event for all ages!
