3rd Wednesday of each May: The 2016 Spring Festival will be held on
Wednesday, May 18th, 3:00 8:00 p.m.

Our Seafood Festivals are held twice yearly and are located on our Festival Grounds behind our club building at 8784 Guinea Road, Bena, Va.

Seafood festival in Bena Virginia. Clam fritters, steamed shrimp, fried shrimp, fried oysters, raw oysters, fried clams, and French fries.

ALL YOU CAN EAT AND DRINK:

Food Menu: Oysters; fried, steamed and on half-shell; steamed clams, clam fritters and clam chowder; fried scallops; fried fish; steamed shrimp; steamed crabs; hush-puppies; BBQ with cole- slaw; French fries; cake; ice cream; and cheese with the wine.

Beverage Menu: Beer, wine, mixed drinks(no shots), soft drinks, water, and coffee.

Tickets: All ticket sales are in advance and include all the seafood you can eat and all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Parking at the Festival Grounds is free. Tickets are $50.00 each. Tickets are available here online (Pay-Pal),or by mail. If you purchase online there is an additional $2.00 cost per ticket. To purchase tickets by mail, send a request to Abingdon Ruritan Club, P.O. Box 22, Bena, Va. 23018. Enclose a check made payable to Abingdon Ruritan Club and include a self-addressed, stamped, legal size envelope. Gate opens at 2:30 pm, but NO food or beverages will be served until 3:00 pm.

Entertainment: Live music and dancing.

Free parking; NO Coolers, pets or fire arms; Food and beverages may NOT be taken outside the festival grounds. Covered seating areas available, you may bring in lawn chairs. Political campaigning is NOT allowed.
