Warren County Fair History

Its Beginning - The history of the Fair can perhaps be divided into three broad areas. First the early years of the Fair when the Front Royal JAYCEES were an active, energetic organization; second the middle years when the membership of the JAYCEES dwindled to the point that it could no longer put on the Fair; and third, the later years.

When the ownership and management of the Fair was handed over to the Warren County Fair Association, a non- stock, non-profit corporation, which has produced the fairs beginning in 1987. The JAYCEES were responsible for organizing the Fair from 1958-1986.
