Leesburg is an historic town dating back over 250 years, located in Loudoun County at the base of Catoctin Mountain and adjacent to the Potomac River. A bedroom community for commuters to Washington, DC, Leesburg is located just 40 miles from the Nation's capital and 15 minutes from Washington-Dulles International Airport. Within a 30-mile radius are Frederick and Gaithersburg, MD and both Fairfax and Reston, VA. Median Household Income (MHI) for Loudoun County is: $112,021, the highest MHI in the U.S. The festival is held downtown on King and West Market streets in the heart of downtown historic Leesburg.

The Leesburg Fine Art Festival was an amazing inaugural event. It is likely the event will place in the Top 100 fine art festivals for 2012. As we move forward into 2014 and beyond, the Leesburg Fine Art Festival will build into one of the top fine art events in the country. The community was tremendously responsive, supportive, inquisitive and delighted to now have their own signature art event.
