United Bank Bloomin' Wine Fest

"Uncork the Bloom" at the official kick-off of the 87th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival from 3 to 10 p.m. (tasting will end at 9:30 p.m.) on Friday, April 25, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (tasting will end at 5:30 p.m.) on Saturday, April 26, in historic Old Town Winchester. Sales of unopened bottles and cases will be available until close each day.

We are thrilled to announce that our entire event will be enclosed inside one area this yearno walking between wine gardens! Our entrance has moved to Rouss Avenue beside City Hall off Cameron Street. Parking will be easy with the nearby Court Square and George Washington Autoparks only a block away.

The event will still be located on the Feltner Lot at the corner of Boscawen and Loudoun Streets. We will continue through the Plaza Lot behind City Hall and down Rouss Avenue around the Old Frederick County Courthouse Civil War Museum. The event will continue through the alley to the area behind BB&T Bank in their parking lot.

This year's event will feature 20 of Virginia's finest wineries including many new ones. We will feature two stages with live musical entertainment from around the region on both days. The open and casual atmosphere of the event will allow attendees to stroll among the artisans and vendors while enjoying their wine (a first for our event!). Food vendors will be plentiful with something to satisfy just about everyone's palate.

The Old Courthouse Museum will be open for FREE tours during this year's Wine Fest for the attendees to enjoy a stroll through history while enjoying their day at the festival!
