Nestled high on a mountain in Southwestern Virginia is where the Hills Of Home Park is located. Carter & Ralph Stanley (famously known as the Stanley Brothers) were raised on these grounds. They walked to school and back every morning and they were always up before daylight doing chores outside on the farm. The Stanley Brothers went on to become one of the most loved brother duets in the history of Country Music.

When you visit the Hills of Home Park you will have a chance to see the old house where Ralph & Carter were raised, also you will get to walk through the Stanley Family Cemetery where Carter Stanley, and Mother Lucy Jane Smith were laid to rest. Also while you are visiting with us, you will have the opportunity to catch a trolly, ride down the mountain to Clintwood Virginia & visit the Ralph Stanley Museum & Traditional Mountain Music Center.
