| General Information Procedes from the show benefits the Program for Teen Parents Childcare Assistance Fund, which enables teens to finish high school by supplementing the cost of daycare. Please make checks payable to: RACSB/PTP Items donated as door prizes will be raffle off thought the day. Each item will be displayed on the door-prize table and clearly marked with the donors name. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Programs for Teen Parents childcare assistance fund. Directions: From I-95 take exit 130B (3 West towards Culpeper) Travel west on Route 3 4.3 miles. Turn right at the 11th traffic light on to Spotswood Furnace Rd. School is directly ahead. Riverbend High School : 12301 Spotswood Furnace Rd, Fredericksburg VA 22407 Contact Information: Karey Spears 540-846-6490 Bbcraftshow@yahoo.com Rules Set-up will be from 7:00 to 9:00 am and break-down from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. Booths should be staffed at all times. Please remove all trash from the site. All sales tax is the vendors responsibility Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds will only be given if we receive notice of cancellation in a timely enough manner so that we can rent your space to another crafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issues after March 1st 2010. Crafters who fail to notify us of cancellations and/or fail to set up will not be eligible for future shows. Displays, tables, and chairs: Exhibitors MUST bring their own tables, chairs and display materials. No items may be attached to the walls of the exhibit hall. Booths must be keep clean at all times, and must be left clean at the end of the show. All items not displayed must be kept under your tables and out of sight. If your craft causes damage to your space, either to the wall or carpet, we will hold you financially responsible for the damage that occurs. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BOOTH AREA CLEAN! Vehicles may not be parked on the lawn or sidewalks. Food and drinks: Please handle food and drinks discreetly or ask someone to watch your booth when you need to take a break. Your booth is to be staffed at all times. Smoking is not allowed on school property! Applications will be viewed and accepted on a first come basis. You are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible. All crafters must submit a completed application, signed agreement, and full entry fee (with check made payable to RACSB/PTP) by March 3rd, 2010 to be considered for acceptance into the craft fair. Application may be submitted by e-mail, but will not be considered complete until a signed agreement and full entry fee are received. | ||
