| Description: | Shamrock The Block 2009 is a free street festival in its 6th year. Not only is this the first outdoor festival of the season, but attendance has grown to over 15,000. This is our cure for "Cabin Fever" in Richmond. In addition to Shamrock being a celebration, we try hard to incorporate "green" themes into the event. If you have an eco-friendly product or service, this could be a great opportunity to get your name out there. | |
