| Description: | Dear Crafter, The Gar-Field High School PTSO invites you to their 19th Annual Spring Craft Show. The Show will be held on Saturday, March 6th, 2010, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. It will be on the lower indoor level of Gar-Field Senior High School, 14000 Smoketown Road, Woodbridge, Virginia (located across from Potomac Mills Mall). The proceeds from this fundraiser will help the PTSO to continue to fund the Senior Picnic, Scholarships, and other health and safety programs for students. Over one hundred spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will cost $60.00 each. Crafters must provide their own tables and chairs. There will be a limited number of chairs available which you must request on the attached application. If you have special needs such as a disability, electricity, assistance with unloading /loading, please indicate these on the application. Those requesting electricity please bring an extension cord and tape as we have a limited number of outlets and it will be necessary to share outlets. Other requests such as spaces from previous shows cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you. The sooner you return your applications, the better your chances. | |||
